ROLI.com was, as the name would suggest, ROLI’s main website. It acted both as a marketing website and an online shop.

At the time it was built, things like Next.js were in their infancy and not quite ready for a site this heavy, so this was a custom build that didn’t use any such framework, with all the pros and cons that come with that approach.

The site existed in this form for quite a long time before being replaced, and managed to hold together throughout many changes and additions (both in the product and the team), which is an aspect I remain proud of.
